Read the CRM dashboard in SeroPOSClick CRM in the back office sidebar to open the CRM dashboard (/crm/dashboard). It shows how many leads you have by source and by life stage, how many have converted to customers, the follow-ups due today, and customer birthdays today and coming up. From the birthdays panel you can tick customers and click Send wishes to send them a greeting.Manage leads on the Kanban board in SeroPOSManage leads at CRM › Leads (/crm/leads). Add a lead with its contact details, source and life stage, then switch between List View and Kanban Board. The board has one column per life stage, and you drag a lead card from column to column as the deal moves forward. Filter by source or life stage, and see each lead's last and upcoming follow-up at a glance.Convert a lead to a customer in SeroPOSWhen a lead buys from you, turn them into a customer from their page in CRM › Leads. Open the lead with View Lead and click Convert to customer. The contact becomes a customer you can select at the POS and on invoices, and the lead's notes, documents and follow-up history come with them. CRM records who converted the lead and when, which feeds the lead-to-customer conversion report.Schedule a follow-up in SeroPOSSchedule calls, SMS, meetings and emails with leads and customers at CRM › Follow ups (/crm/follow-ups). Each follow-up has a title, the contact, start and end times, a follow-up type, a description and the staff assigned to it. Tick Send Notification to remind the assigned users by email or SMS a set number of minutes, hours or days before it starts. Follow-ups also show on the back office calendar.Create follow-ups in bulk in SeroPOSCreate follow-ups for many customers at once with Add advance follow up on CRM › Follow ups. Choose the customers by their buying activity, such as everyone with no transactions in a number of days, or pick specific invoices to follow up their buyers. SeroPOS creates one follow-up per customer with the same title, type, time and assigned staff, which makes win-back calls and post-sale check-ins quick to set up.Log the outcome of a follow-up in SeroPOSRecord what happened on each call, meeting or email at CRM › Follow up log (/crm/follow-up-log). Add a log entry against a follow-up with its subject, log type and a description of the outcome. Over time the log gives your team the full contact history with each lead or customer, so whoever picks up next knows what was said and agreed.Send an email or SMS campaign in SeroPOSSend email or SMS campaigns to leads or customers at CRM › Campaigns (/crm/campaigns). Click Create Campaign, name it, pick the Campaign Type, then choose who receives it: chosen leads or customers, or customers by transaction activity, such as everyone with no transactions in 30 days. Write the subject and email body, or the SMS body, then save it as a Draft or send it straight away.Give customers a portal login in SeroPOSGive customers and suppliers their own login to a contact portal from CRM › Contacts Login (/crm/contact-login). Click Add Login, choose the contact and create a contact person with a name, username, email and password. When they sign in, customers see their own sales and ledger and can book a table at your locations; suppliers see their purchases and ledger. Everything they see is their own records.Set lead sources and life stages in SeroPOSSet up the lists your leads are sorted by at CRM › Sources and CRM › Life Stage. Sources record where a lead came from, such as Walk-in, Referral or Website, and are picked when you add a lead. Life stages are the steps a lead moves through, such as New, Contacted and Qualified, and they become the columns of the Kanban board.Review the call log in SeroPOSSee calls recorded from the mobile app at CRM › Call Log (/crm/call-log). Each entry shows who made or took the call, the contact, the call duration and the call type. Filter the list to review a user's calls, and select old entries to delete them in bulk.Run CRM reports in SeroPOSCRM › Reports (/crm/reports) shows how your team is doing with leads and follow-ups. Follow ups by user counts each staff member's follow-ups by status, Follow ups by contacts shows the same per lead or customer, and Leads to customer conversion shows how many leads each user turned into customers. Click a user in the conversion report to drill down into each conversion.
