Accounting
QuickBooks Desktop connects through the Web Connector and receives sales, payments, customers, items, purchases and expenses, per sale or as a day-end summary, in the Canadian and US editions. QuickBooks Online is supported for Canadian companies, with a push every five minutes. A separate read-only import brings data across from QuickBooks Desktop if you are moving away from it. QuickBooks is on the Pro plan.
SeroBooks, our own accounting product, and SeroPayroll, our Canadian payroll product, work alongside SeroPOS for businesses that want the till, the books and payroll from one company.
Card terminals and online payments
Card-present payments run on integrated terminals from Global Payments, Moneris and Gravity Payments. Global Payments connects over your network or through Global Pay Cloud, and with Terminal Plus SeroPOS runs on the Global Payments T650P itself. Moneris connects through Moneris Go cloud. The amount goes to the terminal, and the result, including any tip, comes back to the sale.
For QR menu and online catalogue orders, customers pay by card through your own Stripe account. To compare card processing rates, send us a recent statement and we'll quote a rate.
Sales channels and ordering
WooCommerce on the Pro plan keeps an online store's categories, products, prices and stock in step with SeroPOS and brings its orders in as sales. SeroBot, our voice AI integrated with Inputly.AI, answers phone calls and sends orders into the till's queue. A direct Uber Eats integration is rolling out in Canada for menu and order management.

Does SeroPOS integrate with QuickBooks?
Yes, on the Pro plan. QuickBooks Desktop 2021 or later receives sales, payments, customers, items, purchases and expenses through the Web Connector, in Canadian and US editions. QuickBooks Online is supported for Canadian companies and syncs every five minutes. A setup wizard matches what is already in your books, and a health screen shows anything waiting on a fix.
Which card terminals work with SeroPOS?
Integrated terminals from Global Payments, Moneris and Gravity Payments. Global Payments works over your local network, through Global Pay Cloud with no cable or IP address, or with SeroPOS running on the T650P terminal itself through Terminal Plus. Moneris works through Moneris Go cloud. Each till can be set to charge on its own terminal.
Does SeroPOS work with WooCommerce?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Connect your WooCommerce store with its REST keys, then push categories and products with variations, images, prices and stock, and pull orders into SeroPOS as sales. Map each WooCommerce order status to a sale and shipping status, and turn on auto-sync or use signed webhooks for new orders as they arrive.
Does SeroPOS integrate with Uber Eats?
A direct Uber Eats integration is rolling out in Canada as part of the Food delivery platforms add-on. It publishes your menu, store hours and item availability, and brings orders into the till's online-order queue, where staff can accept them, mark items out of stock or cancel with a reason.
