POS solutions for the way your business runs
Some needs cut across every trade: opening your first location, running five of them, selling at a weekend festival, or keeping the till going on a patchy connection. Each solution below shows how SeroPOS handles one of these.
Small business
A POS for the iPad, Android tablet, PC or Mac you own, with sales, stock, customers and reports from $30 a month.
New businesses
A guided setup, demo data to practise on, product import from Excel and a free trial with no card.
Multi location
Several stores in one back office, with per-location stock, prices, receipts and access, transfers and reports by location.
Franchises
Clone products to a new site, limit staff to their store, keep shared rules and compare sales by location.
Omnichannel selling
Counter, QR menu, WooCommerce and SeroBot phone orders in one SeroPOS queue, with stock and sales in one set of books.
High volume counters
A QSR grid with one-tap pay buttons, quantity-first entry, kitchen display, self-order kiosk and split bills at the counter.
Events and festivals
Sell from a phone, tablet or T650P handheld at events, with sales saved on the device when the signal drops.
Seasonal businesses
Monthly billing, seasonal POS menus and last season's products, customers and reports kept for next year.
Canadian businesses
GST, HST and PST tax groups, Moneris and Global Payments terminals, QuickBooks Desktop for Canada and Uber Eats rolling out.
US businesses
State and local sales tax as tax groups, Gravity Payments or Global Payments terminals, QuickBooks Desktop for the US.
Accountants bookkeepers
A one-time code to open a client's books, working papers in one Excel pack, and sales posted to QuickBooks Desktop or Online.
Switching from cash registers
Import products from Excel, scan barcodes, print receipts, keep the cash drawer and close each day with a Z report.
Unreliable internet
Sales and kitchen tickets keep working offline, tills link over your own network, and everything syncs when you reconnect.
Growing teams
A login and role for each person, refunds and discounts behind manager approval, and sales by server and staff member.
Pick the situation, not the industry
Industry pages describe a kind of business. Solution pages describe a situation: you are new and want to open quickly, you are adding locations or franchisees, you sell online and in store, you trade seasonally or at events, your internet is unreliable, your team is growing, or you are an accountant looking after clients.
Each page covers the features that matter for that situation, which plan or add-on they need, and what to set up first, so you can see quickly whether SeroPOS fits the way you already work.
For Canadian and US businesses
SeroPOS is built in Canada for businesses in Canada and the US. The Canadian and US solution pages cover sales tax setup, QuickBooks Desktop editions for each country, card processing options and the support we offer on both sides of the border.
Frequently asked questions
Can SeroPOS run several locations?
Yes. Each store becomes a location in one account, with its own receipts, invoice numbers, prices, payment methods and closing time, and staff can be limited to the locations they work at. Reports cover one location or all of them, and stock transfers move goods between stores. Each extra location costs your plan's monthly price.
What happens if my internet goes down?
The app keeps selling. Sales are saved on the device with a unique reference, kitchen tickets keep printing, and everything uploads by itself when the connection returns, with retries that never drop a sale. On the Pro plan, several tills can share one database on your local network, so the dining room keeps working together during an outage.
Does SeroPOS suit seasonal businesses and pop-ups?
Yes. It runs on a phone or tablet you already own, uses standard printers and card terminals, and is billed monthly with no contract, so you can subscribe for the season and cancel when you close. Kiosk mode and the QSR grid help a small crew keep a long queue moving.
Can my accountant get into SeroPOS?
Yes. Invite Accountant in the back office generates a one-time code, valid for 30 minutes, that links your business to an accounting practice. You can see who has opened your books, when and on which screen, and withdraw access instantly. Accountants can also receive the Accounting add-on's working papers as one Excel file.
