Omnichannel selling with one POS

Orders now arrive from the counter, a QR code on the table, a website and the phone, and each channel tends to bring its own tablet and its own stock count. SeroPOS brings them into one order queue on the till, against one catalogue and one set of reports.

What you get

Omnichannel selling in SeroPOS

QR menu and online catalogue

With the Online ordering & QR add-on, customers order from a mobile catalogue and the order lands in the POS.

WooCommerce store sync

On Pro, push products and stock to your WooCommerce store and pull its orders into SeroPOS as sales.

SeroBot phone orders

SeroBot voice AI, integrated with Inputly.AI, takes phone orders and sends them to the till for staff to accept.

Uber Eats

A direct Uber Eats integration is rolling out in Canada, with menu and order management in SeroPOS.

One order queue

Web, catalogue and phone orders show on the cloud icon with an alert, and move to the cart in one tap.

One catalogue and books

Every channel sells from the same products and stock, and every sale lands in the same reports.

One queue on the till

On the till's app bar, the cloud icon shows web, catalogue and phone orders with a count badge, and a Web Order Received alert pops up with a bell when a new one arrives. The BOT / WEB ORDERS list shows each order's platform, order number, time, total and status. Tap View Order and it moves to the cart, where it is printed, sent to the kitchen and paid like any counter sale.

Restaurants that take delivery-platform orders get a second icon, the bell, with its own popup, list and actions such as marking items out of stock or cancelling with a reason. Both queues poll for new orders on tills that are online, so the counter, kitchen and pickup shelf all work from the same screen.

  • Cloud icon for web, QR and phone orders
  • Alert with sound for new orders
  • Move an order to the cart in one tap
  • Bell icon for delivery-platform orders

QR menus and an online catalogue

The Online ordering & QR add-on module gives each location a public, mobile-first catalogue with banners, search, category chips, variations, modifiers and a cart. In Admin, Catalogue QR generates a branded QR code with your logo to print for tables, the window or a flyer. Customers can check out as a guest or with an account.

At checkout they choose a type of service such as dine-in or takeaway, pick a table if they are seated, add notes and pay by card online or choose to pay at the counter. The order arrives in the POS for staff to accept. Prices and items come from the same catalogue as the till, so a price change applies everywhere.

WooCommerce and SeroBot

On the Pro plan, the WooCommerce integration connects with your store's REST keys. Push categories, then products with variations, images, prices and stock; pull orders into SeroPOS as sales, with customers created from the account or billing address. Signed webhooks bring orders in as they are placed, and an automatic sync can run twice a day as a safety net.

For phone orders, SeroBot voice AI is integrated with Inputly.AI. In Settings, Inputly Integration generates the API key and shows the location IDs to paste in, and syncs your menu. Calls become orders in the same queue, and staff accept them before they are made, so nothing reaches the kitchen without a person checking it first.

Stock and sales in one set of books

Whichever channel an order came from, it becomes a sale in SeroPOS against the same products. Stock comes off once, taxes are calculated with the same tax rates, and the sale appears in the daily sales report, profit and loss and product sales with everything else. Orders by type on the daily sales report show how much came from each service type.

Delivery platforms are being added carefully: a direct Uber Eats integration is rolling out in Canada, with menu publishing, store hours, item availability and orders managed from SeroPOS. Ask us where it stands for your location before you plan around it. Shops using Retail Mode don't see the delivery-platform bell at all.

Frequently asked questions

What is omnichannel POS?

It means every channel you sell through, such as the counter, a QR menu, a website and the phone, feeds one system with one catalogue, one stock count and one set of reports. In SeroPOS, online and phone orders arrive in a queue on the till and become ordinary sales.

Does SeroPOS work with WooCommerce?

Yes, on the Pro plan. It pushes categories and products with variations, prices, images and stock to WooCommerce, and pulls orders into SeroPOS as sales. Webhooks bring orders in as they are placed, and order statuses are mapped to SeroPOS sale and shipping statuses.

Can customers order from a QR code?

Yes, with the Online ordering & QR add-on module. Each location gets a mobile catalogue and a branded QR code. Customers choose items, options and a service type, and the order arrives on the till. They can pay online by card or pay at the counter.

How do phone orders get into the POS?

SeroBot voice AI, integrated with Inputly.AI, answers calls and takes orders from your synced menu. Orders arrive in the same web order queue on the till, and staff accept them before they go to the kitchen. Setup uses an API key from Settings.

Does SeroPOS integrate with Uber Eats?

A direct Uber Eats integration is rolling out in Canada. It covers publishing your menu, store hours and item availability from SeroPOS and receiving orders on the till. Contact us to check availability for your store before you rely on it.
