Get SeroPOS from the App Store on iPhone and iPad, Google Play on Android phones and tablets, the Microsoft Store on Windows, and the Mac App Store on a Mac. It is the same app and the same account on all of them, so you can run a Windows PC at the counter, an iPad on the floor and an Android phone for the patio.
Phones and other narrow screens get a compact layout with Home, Categories and Cart tabs. Tablets and computers get the full sale screen with the cart beside the product grid, plus the quick-service grid, self-order kiosk mode and the in-app kitchen display. SeroPOS also runs on the Global Payments T650P card terminal itself.

Sign up inside the app
Open the app and tap Sign Up. First, tell us about yourself: name, email, mobile and a password. Then set up your business profile: business name, address, currency, time zone, financial year start and stock accounting method, with an optional logo. Enter the six-digit code we send to verify the account.
The app builds your store, then shows the plan picker. Choose Start 14-Day Free Trial, or continue on your free trial and decide later. You are not charged anything today. Every feature on both plans is open during the trial, so you can try them all before you choose Standard or Pro.

Your first hour
The first time you sign in as the owner, Admin opens with the Getting Started guide. It walks through categories, units and taxes, variations and modifiers, products, staff, demo data and bulk import, then payments and the printer. You can replay it at any time from the Getting Started button in Admin.
If you want to try things before entering your own menu, tap Add Demo Data and the app loads a sample catalogue. Short guided tours on the home and sale screens point out where everything is, and the question mark on many screens opens help for that screen.
The web back office
Reports, purchases, stock, invoices and settings live in the web back office, which opens in any browser. From the app, tap Admin, then Tools, then Back Office and you are signed in with a one-time link that lasts 60 seconds, so there is no second password to remember.
You can also sign in at seropos.app with the same account from any computer. Owners often run the app at the counter and use the back office from the office or at home to check the day's sales, enter a purchase or change prices.
A few device notes
Some features depend on the device. Server mode, which lets other tills share one database on your network, runs on Windows; any device can join as a client. Weighing scales connect to Windows, Mac and Android. Kiosk mode and the kitchen display need a tablet or computer screen rather than a phone.
Barcode scanning works with a USB or keyboard-style scanner on any device and with the camera on phones and tablets. Receipt printers connect over the network, Bluetooth or USB, and the printer setup screen can auto-detect them for you.
Frequently asked questions
Is the SeroPOS app free to download?
Yes. The app is free to install from the App Store, Google Play, the Microsoft Store and the Mac App Store. After you sign up inside the app, you get a 14-day free trial with every feature open and no credit card. To keep using it after that, you subscribe to Standard at $30 a month or Pro at $50 a month.
Can I use SeroPOS on more than one device?
Yes. Install the app on as many phones, tablets and computers as you need and sign in with your business account. Each person signs in with their own user, and the number of users depends on your plan: three on Standard, five on Pro, with more available in packs of three. Products, customers and sales stay in sync across devices.
Do I sign up on the website or in the app?
In the app. Download SeroPOS, open it and tap Sign Up. You enter your details and business profile, verify your account with a six-digit code, and pick a plan or continue on the free trial. Once your account exists, you can also sign in to the web back office at seropos.app with the same login.
Does SeroPOS run on a Windows PC or a Mac?
Yes, both. On Windows, SeroPOS can also act as the server for other tills on your network and print through Windows printers, and the back office opens inside the app. On a Mac, it runs from the Mac App Store with the same features as a tablet, including the full sale screen, kiosk mode and the kitchen display.
What do I need to start selling?
A device, an internet connection for setup, and your products. A receipt printer and a cash drawer are optional, and so is a card terminal: you can record cash and card payments without one to begin with. Most owners add their categories and products first, set up taxes and payment methods, then connect the printer and ring a test sale.
