Good to know
On the calendar, double-click any day to add a new follow-up for that date. To create many follow-ups at once, use Add advance follow up. CRM is part of the Pro plan. The CRM item shows in the back office sidebar when your subscription includes it and your role has the CRM permissions.
Frequently asked questions
Does the customer get the reminder?
No. Send Notification reminds the staff assigned to the follow-up. To message customers directly, use CRM › Campaigns.
Can I see follow-ups on a calendar?
Yes. Follow-ups appear on the back office calendar, and you can double-click any day there to add a new one.
How do I record what happened on a call?
Add a follow-up log entry for it. The log keeps the outcome with the follow-up so your team can see the full history.
