Steps
- Open CRM. In the back office sidebar, click CRM. The dashboard opens first.
- Read your lead counts. The source and life stage panels show where your leads come from and how far along they are.
- Check conversions. The conversion figure shows how many leads have been turned into customers.
- Work through today's follow-ups. Today's follow-ups lists the calls, meetings, emails and SMS due today. Open one to see the details or log the outcome.
- Send birthday wishes. In Birthdays, tick the customers celebrating today or soon and click Send wishes. If you click without ticking anyone, SeroPOS asks you to select users first.
Getting birthdays to show
Birthdays come from the date of birth on each customer's contact record. Add it when you create or edit a customer in Contacts, and the dashboard picks it up.
Greetings go by SMS or email, so set up your SMS and email settings first.
Who sees what
Users with access to their own leads and follow-ups only see their own on the dashboard; users with access to all see everyone's. CRM is part of the Pro plan. The CRM item shows in the back office sidebar when your subscription includes it and your role has the CRM permissions.
Frequently asked questions
Why are no birthdays showing?
The birthdays panel reads the date of birth saved on each customer. If none of your customers have one, the panel stays empty. Add dates of birth in Contacts › Customers.
Does the dashboard count leads that became customers?
Yes. The conversion figure counts leads converted to customers, and CRM › Reports breaks the same number down by staff member.
Can staff see only their own follow-ups?
Yes. Give a role the access own follow up permission instead of access all follow up, and those users see only follow-ups assigned to them.
