Steps
- Open CRM reports. In the back office sidebar, click CRM, then Reports.
- Check follow-ups by user. The Follow ups by user tab lists each user with their Total follow ups and the split by status.
- Check follow-ups by contact. The Follow ups by contacts tab shows which leads and customers get the most attention, and which get none.
- Review conversions. Open Leads to customer conversion to see how many leads each user converted.
- Drill down. Click a user to see each lead they converted, with Converted On dates.
Using the numbers
Look at follow-ups and conversions together. A user with many follow-ups and few conversions may need help qualifying leads; a user with few follow-ups and good conversions might be ready for more leads. Contacts with no follow-ups at all are often the easiest wins.
Good to know
Conversions are credited to the user who clicked Convert to customer. CRM is part of the Pro plan. The CRM item shows in the back office sidebar when your subscription includes it and your role has the CRM permissions.
Frequently asked questions
How is lead conversion counted?
Each time a user converts a lead to a customer, CRM records them as Converted By with the date. The conversion report counts these per user.
Can I see which contacts have no follow-ups?
The Follow ups by contacts tab lists follow-up counts per contact, so leads and customers with few or none stand out.
Does this report include sales revenue?
No. CRM reports cover follow-ups and conversions. For revenue by customer, use the customer and sales reports in the main Reports menu.
