Turn on QSR ModeQSR Mode is the quick-service counter screen: a product grid with the cart beside it and Cash, Debit and Credit buttons right in the cart, so most sales take a few taps. Turn it on in Drawer › Settings › QSR Mode. The switch only appears on a tablet or desktop; phones keep the standard layout. Once it's on, the gear beside it opens QSR Settings.Change QSR settingsQSR Settings controls how the quick-service screen looks and behaves. Open Drawer › Settings and tap the gear next to QSR Mode. Set how many categories fit without scrolling, the default number of product columns, all-caps names, which buttons show in the cart, whether modifiers pop up, printing, Quantity First, which side the cart sits on and the button click sound. Tap Save Settings when you're done.Style QSR product buttonsMake your best-sellers easy to spot on the QSR grid. Long-press any product button to open Button Style. Pick a colour (or paste a hex code), set Font Colour to Auto, White or Black, change the Font Size, turn on Bold text, make it a Double-height button that spans two rows, and tick Ask quantity to open the keypad when it's tapped. Tap Save.Arrange the QSR grid with drag and dropPlace every product exactly where your staff expect it. Long-press a category in QSR Mode, turn on Enable drag and save. The category's grid then opens in drag mode: drag each product button into the cell you want and tap Save Layout. Each category keeps its own layout, so drinks and mains can be arranged differently.Use quantity-first checkoutQuantity First works like a classic till: type the quantity, then tap the product. Turn on Quantity First in QSR Settings and a red QTY button appears in the pay row beside Cash, Debit and Credit. Tap QTY, type the number and tap the product; it goes in with that quantity and the number clears. In this layout Hold moves to the floating dial.Resize the QSR pay buttonsMake the money buttons bigger for busy hands. In QSR Mode, long-press Cash, Debit or Credit to open Payment Button Size and pick Normal, Large or Extra Large. Long-press a button in the bottom row (Hold, Delivery, Adjust, Split or Print) for Bottom Button Size, and long-press the keypad's header for Quantity Keypad Size. There's no settings row for these; the long-press is the only way in.Use the QSR delivery toggleThe Delivery button in the QSR cart turns a counter order into a delivery. Tap it and the order's service switches to Delivery, a Tip field appears, and the delivery charge from your Delivery type of service is filled in, ready to change if needed. Tap Delivery again to switch back to Take Away; the tip and charge are cleared. Turn the button on first in QSR Settings.Adjust an order in QSR ModeAdjust in the QSR cart opens Adjust Order, where you give a discount on the whole order, add a tip and redeem loyalty points in one place. Choose Fixed or Percentage for the discount, type a Tip, and enter Points to use if a customer with points is attached. The summary shows Order Total, Loyalty Redeem and Final Total. Tap Apply.Look up previous invoices in QSR ModeIn QSR Mode you can look back through completed sales without leaving the counter. Tap the back arrow at the top of the cart (Load previous invoice): each tap loads the next older sale into the cart, newest first, with its invoice number and customer. Tap Print to reprint that receipt. Ringing a new item closes the old sale and starts a fresh order.
