What changes in QSR Mode
Categories sit in a panel down one side, products fill a grid, and the cart has Item, Qty and Amount columns. Each variation gets its own button, payments happen from the cart without a separate pay screen, and card sales go straight to the terminal. The bottom row holds Hold, Delivery, Split and Print last invoice.
QSR Mode is part of both Standard and Pro. The setting is saved to your account, so it comes back when you sign in again.
How it fits with other modes
QSR needs a screen at least 650 points wide. If KDS Mode or Kiosk Mode is on, that screen takes over instead. If Retail Mode is also on, QSR Mode wins; turn QSR off to get the classic retail layout.
Frequently asked questions
I can't find the QSR Mode switch.
QSR Mode is a tablet and desktop layout, so it's hidden on phones and narrow windows. Use a tablet, or on a computer make the SeroPOS window wider, then open Drawer › Settings again. It sits next to Retail Mode.
Can I switch back to the classic layout?
Yes. Turn QSR Mode off in Drawer › Settings. Your products, held orders and settings are unchanged; only the screen layout switches back. Each till can use the layout that suits it.
