- Start the next sale. After payment the cart clears and you can tap New Sale again.
What Retail Mode hides
Restaurant features are removed so the screen stays simple for a shop. You can still attach customers, hold sales, give discounts, take returns and redeem reward points.
- Tables, Dine-in and the Types of Service buttons
- Kitchen tickets (KOT), KOT Mapping and KDS
- Kiosk Mode and the Floor Plan Designer
- Veg and non-veg dots and the delivery-platform bell
Retail and QSR together
If QSR Mode is also on, the QSR counter screen takes over. Turn QSR Mode off for the classic retail layout.
Frequently asked questions
Is Retail Mode a separate plan?
No. Retail Mode is a switch in Settings on both Standard and Pro. It changes the wording and hides restaurant screens on this device. Products, customers and reports work the same way.
Can one store run restaurant and retail tills?
Yes. Retail Mode is set on each device, so a café can run its counter in the restaurant layout and a retail shelf till in Retail Mode on the same account and location.
