Manage delivery platform orders

With the Food delivery platforms add-on, Uber Eats orders come straight into SeroPOS; the direct Uber Eats integration is rolling out in Canada. A new order rings and opens a Food Delivery Order popup with the order information, notes and type. Tap Accept to confirm and print it, View to move it into the cart, Mark Out of Stock if something has run out, or Cancel Order. The bell icon in the app bar opens the full list, with rider details for each order.

  4. Accept it. Tap Accept. The order is confirmed and printed on the default printer, with kitchen tickets for your stations.
  5. Move it to the cart if needed. Tap View to load the order into the cart (Order is moved to cart), for example to check the items with the kitchen.
  6. Track it in the list. Tap the bell icon to open FOOD DELIVERY PLATFORMS. Each order shows the Online Order ID, Rider Status, Rider Name, Rider Mobile, Delivery Type and whether it was Acknowledged.
