Frequently asked questions

Where are business settings in SeroPOS?

In the web back office, open Settings › Setting in the sidebar, or go to /business/settings. The SeroPOS app has its own Admin screens for store details, receipts and payment methods, but business-wide options such as tax names, prefixes and modules are set here.

Why is a menu missing from my sidebar?

It may be turned off on the Modules tab, or your role may not have permission for it. Tick the module in Settings › Setting › Modules and click Update Settings, then check the user's role under User Management › Roles.

Do I have to click Update Settings on every tab?

No. The tabs are one form, so a single Update Settings saves everything you changed across all tabs. Leave the page without clicking it and your changes are lost.
