Steps
- Open Admin. Open the drawer and tap Admin.
- Tap Back Office. Under Tools tap Back Office (Control much more and see reports from the Back Office). The app makes a one-time sign-in link.
- Use the back office. On Windows it opens inside the app; scroll with the scrollbars, touch or a two-finger trackpad drag. On a tablet, phone or Mac it opens in your browser.
- Come back. Tap Back to return to Admin.
- Sync the till. After changing products or settings in the back office, run Sync Database so the till shows them.
If it doesn't open
On Windows the in-app view needs Microsoft WebView2. If it is missing, the app says it could not open the Back Office in the app and suggests your browser instead. Go to seropos.app/home in any browser and sign in there. The one-time link expires after 60 seconds, so tap Back Office again if the page asks you to sign in.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a separate password for the back office?
No. Admin › Tools › Back Office signs you in with a one-time link from the app. You can also sign in at seropos.app/home in a browser with your usual login.
Why don't my back office changes show on the till?
The till picks them up on its next sync. Run Sync Database from the drawer to update it straight away.
