Connect WooCommerce to SeroPOSConnect your WooCommerce store at WooCommerce › API Settings (/woocommerce/api-settings). In WordPress, create REST API keys with Read/Write permission under WooCommerce › Settings › Advanced › REST API. In SeroPOS, paste the store URL, Consumer Key and Consumer Secret, pick the business location whose stock and prices the store uses, and turn on auto-sync. Then copy the webhook URLs and secret into WooCommerce so new orders arrive straight away.Sync categories and products to WooCommerceSend your catalogue to WooCommerce from the WooCommerce dashboard (/woocommerce). Sync Product Categories first, then Sync Products, choosing Sync only new for products created since the last sync or Sync all to send everything. Products go across with variations, images, prices and stock. On the Product Sync Settings tab you choose the tax class, price group, description and which fields update on create and on update.Bring WooCommerce orders into SeroPOSBring WooCommerce orders into SeroPOS as sales. Click Sync Orders on the WooCommerce dashboard, or set up webhooks so each order arrives as it's placed. SeroPOS creates the customer from the order's account or billing address. On WooCommerce › API Settings › Order Sync Settings, map each WooCommerce order status, from pending to refunded, to a POS sell status and a shipping status.Map tax rates to WooCommerce in SeroPOSMatch each SeroPOS tax rate to the same tax rate in WooCommerce, so products and orders carry the same tax on both sides. On the WooCommerce dashboard, the Map Tax Rates section lists every POS Tax Rate with an Equivalent Woocommerce Tax Rate dropdown. Pick the match for each, then save. Set your tax rates up in WooCommerce first, and do this before your first product sync.Read the WooCommerce sync log in SeroPOSWooCommerce › Sync Log (/woocommerce/view-sync-log) lists every sync between SeroPOS and WooCommerce. Each row shows the date, the sync type (categories, all products, new products or orders), the operation, who ran it and the records it created or updated. Open an entry's details to see exactly what happened, including orders that were skipped and why.
