Quicker check-in
Set default values for problems, conditions and product configuration in Repair › Settings, and they appear as suggestions while you type. Add your common devices and models with checklists in Repair › Settings › Device Models so the right checklist loads by itself.
Custom fields 1 to 5 can be renamed in settings to capture anything else you need, such as an IMEI or a storage size.
Good to know
The job sheet number uses your job sheet prefix and the default status set in Repair › Settings. Repair is an add-on module. The Repair item shows in the back office sidebar when your subscription includes it and your role has the repair or job sheet permissions.
Frequently asked questions
How do I record a pattern lock?
In the Password/Pattern Lock section, open the pattern lock and draw the customer's pattern. It's saved with the job sheet and printed on it for the technician.
Where does the pre-repair checklist come from?
From the device model you pick. Each model in Repair › Settings › Device Models can have its own checklist, which loads onto the job sheet automatically.
Can I print the job sheet for the customer?
