The supplier stock report
The Stock Report tab lists every product you've bought from this supplier, by location, with purchase quantity, total sold, total returned, current stock and Current Stock Value. It's a quick way to see what to reorder from them and what isn't selling.
Frequently asked questions
How do I see everything I owe a supplier?
Open the supplier and the Ledger tab, or check the Total Purchase Due column in Contacts › Suppliers. To pay it, use Actions › Pay on the supplier, which pays across their unpaid purchases and opening balance.
Can one contact be both a supplier and a customer?
Yes. Set Contact type to Both (Supplier & Customer). The contact then appears in both lists and in both purchase and sale search boxes, with one ledger showing sales, purchases and payments.
