Reprint or share an invoice

To give a customer another copy of a receipt, open Drawer › Recent Transaction, find the sale and tap Print Invoice. The app asks Do you want to reprint this order invoice? and prints it on the default printer once you confirm. To send a copy instead, tap Share Invoice and pick an app from your device's share options, such as email or messages. In QSR Mode you can also reprint from the cart with Print last invoice or the Previous invoices arrow.

Recent transactions: find a sale, then reprint, share, edit or refund it.

Steps

  1. Open Recent Transactions. Open the drawer and tap Recent Transaction. The till needs to be online.
  2. Find the sale. Search by invoice number or customer, or filter by date, then tap SEARCH.
  3. Reprint it. Tap Print Invoice on the sale and confirm Do you want to reprint this order invoice? The receipt prints on the default printer.
  4. Or share it. Tap Share Invoice. Your device's share sheet opens so you can send the invoice by email, message or another app.
  5. Check the details first. If you're not sure it is the right sale, open it to see Invoice Details before printing.

Faster ways in QSR Mode

On the QSR screen, Print last invoice reprints the sale you just finished, and the back arrow on the cart pages through previous invoices so you can review or reprint one without leaving the till.

If it doesn't print

Reprints go to the default printer. If none is set, the app says No default POS printer, set one in Add/Edit Printer. Mark your receipt printer as the default with the star in Add/Edit Printer, then try again. The receipt uses your current Receipt Layout and store details.
