Reading the chart

The chart ranks by units sold, not revenue, so cheap fast movers can outrank expensive items. For revenue by product, use the Product Sell Report's Grouped view; for profit by product, use the Profit by products tab on the Profit / Loss Report.

Filter by category to compare like with like, such as your top coffees or top pizzas, rather than the whole menu.

Frequently asked questions

How many products can the chart show?

As many as you enter in Number of products. Ten or twenty keeps the chart readable. For a full ranked list, use the Product Sell Report's Grouped view and sort by units sold.

Can I export the trending products?

The page has a Print button for the chart. For a spreadsheet of sales by product, export the Product Sell Report's Grouped view to CSV or Excel.
