POS for vape and smoke shops
A vape shop sells the same liquid in a dozen flavours and three nicotine strengths, and the popular ones sell out at one store while sitting on the shelf at another. SeroPOS tracks each flavour and strength, moves stock between your shops and flags what is running low.

Flavour and strength
Use variation templates for flavours and strengths, so each bottle has its own SKU, price and stock.
Barcode scanning
Scan bottles and devices into the till with a USB scanner or the camera.
Stock transfers
Move stock between your shops with a transfer that records quantities and status.
Low-stock alerts
The back office dashboard lists every product at or below its alert quantity.
Serial numbers on devices
Record the serial of a mod or device on the sale line for warranty claims.
Staff limits
Limit discounts and refunds by role, with a manager password to approve them.
Every flavour and strength in its own row
Create variation templates for the way you stock liquids: flavours such as Mango Ice, Blue Razz and Mint, or strengths such as 3 mg, 6 mg and 12 mg. You can put the combination in the value, such as Mango Ice 6 mg, when a line comes in both. Each variation gets its own SKU, barcode, cost, price and stock count, under one product name.
At the till, tapping the product opens Select Variation so the cashier picks the right one, and scanning the bottle adds it directly. The Product Sell Report and Trending Products report show which flavours and strengths actually sell, which is the number you need when the distributor asks for your next order.
Stock across several shops
Smoke and vape shops often run two or three locations. Each one has its own stock, invoice layout, receipt settings and payment methods in the same back office. The Stock Report filters by location, brand and category, so you can see that one store has six of a coil the other has run out of.
Create a stock transfer to move it: choose the from and to locations, add the products and quantities, add a shipping charge if there is one and update the status. When it is Completed the stock moves and the transfer is locked. Staff can be given access to only their own store.

Reorder before it runs out
Give each product an alert quantity, and the dashboard's Product Stock Alert table lists everything at or below it, across every location you can see. Lead time and reorder quantity fields help you order in time from distributors with long delivery windows. Supplier deliveries are entered as purchases, which raise stock and record the cost.
Purchase returns send back faulty coils or devices against the original purchase, and the supplier's ledger shows what you bought, returned and paid. The Stock Report values inventory at cost and at selling price, with potential profit, so you can see how much money is sitting on the shelves. Stock adjustments record damaged or leaking stock with a reason.
The counter and the team
Devices and mods can have serial tracking turned on, so the serial is recorded on the sale for warranty claims. Warranties with a duration can be attached to products and print on the invoice. SeroPOS has no built-in age prompt or ID scanner, so staff check ID by your usual policy.
Roles control what each person can do at the till: whether they can refund, edit a sale, change a price or apply a discount. A locked action can be approved once with a manager's password. Each user can also have a maximum discount percentage, and the Sales Representative Report shows sales by staff member.
Frequently asked questions
Can SeroPOS track vape juice by flavour and nicotine strength?
Yes. Create variation templates for flavours and strengths, or put both in one value such as Mango 6 mg. Each variation has its own SKU, barcode, price and stock, and the till asks which one when you tap the product.
Can I move stock between my vape shops?
Yes. A stock transfer moves products from one location to another with a date, reference, quantities, an optional shipping charge and a status. When it is marked Completed, stock leaves one store and arrives at the other, and the transfer can be printed.
Does SeroPOS verify age for tobacco and vape sales?
No. There is no age prompt or ID scanner, so staff check ID following your local rules. You can limit which roles can sell, refund or discount, and the Activity Log in the back office records who did what, by user and date.
How do low-stock alerts work?
Each product has an alert quantity. When stock reaches or drops below it, the product appears in the Product Stock Alert table on the back office dashboard. Set lead time and reorder quantity on the product to plan orders from slower suppliers.
What does SeroPOS cost for two shops?
Each location is billed at its plan price, so two stores on Standard are $30 a month each, or $50 each on Pro. Standard includes three users and Pro includes five, and packs of three extra users are $10 a month.
