Steps
- Open App Theme. Open the drawer and tap App Theme. App Theme Settings opens with your current theme shown at the top.
- Browse the themes. Scroll Available Themes. Each card shows a colour swatch, the theme name and a short description.
- Tap a theme. Tap any card. The theme applies across the app straight away, a tick marks it and a confirmation appears.
- Try it at the counter. Go back to the POS screen and check it reads well in your lighting. Change it again any time.
- Set other tills. Themes are saved per device. Repeat on each till if you want them all to match.
Choosing a theme
The default theme is Corporate Blue. Darker themes such as Midnight Blue can be easier on the eyes in a dim bar or restaurant, while lighter ones such as Cream Vanilla suit a bright shop floor. Because themes apply instantly, the quickest way to choose is to tap through a few on the till itself.
If App Theme shows a lock in the drawer, your plan does not include it. It is available on the Standard and Pro plans.
Frequently asked questions
Can I make my own theme colours?
Not yet. You choose from the 30 ready-made Professional Themes. The custom colour and theme import options are marked Coming Soon in the app. You can still colour individual product buttons on the POS screen.
Does the theme change on every till?
No. The theme is saved on the device you set it on, so different tills can use different looks. Set it on each till if you want them to match.
