Steps
- Check the days left. Look at the trial banner on the Home screen. It shows how many days remain, and Your free trial ends today on the last day.
- Read the daily reminder. Once a day a short strip reminds you, for example Your free trial ends in 5 days. Choose a plan to keep SeroPOS.
- Choose a plan. Tap Choose plan on the reminder, or Subscribe on the banner, to open the plans.
- Pick Standard or Pro. Choose Monthly or Annual and Standard ($30/mo) or Pro ($50/mo), then complete payment.
- Keep selling. Your products, staff and sales from the trial carry over, and the reminders stop.
When the trial ends
If no plan is chosen, the app shows Your free trial has ended. Choose a plan to keep using SeroPOS. On that locked screen you can only subscribe or delete the account. Everything you set up during the trial is kept, so subscribing later picks up where you left off.
If you cancelled a plan, the reminder says Resubscribe instead of Choose a plan.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts without a card and includes every feature, so you can test Pro tools such as the floor plan designer before you decide. You only pay when you choose a plan.
Will I lose my setup when the trial ends?
No. Your products, staff, settings and sales stay in your account. The app is locked until you subscribe, and choosing a plan opens it again with everything in place.
