POS for bubble tea shops
Every bubble tea order is a small form to fill in: drink, size, sweetness, ice level, toppings. SeroPOS turns each of those steps into a tap, prints them clearly for the person shaking the drink, and lets customers fill the form in themselves at a kiosk when the line gets long.

Sweetness and ice
Sugar levels and ice levels are free modifier groups, so every cup prints exactly how it should be made.
Toppings priced per option
Tapioca pearls, jelly, popping boba and pudding each carry their own price.
Medium and Large buttons
Sizes are variations, and QSR Mode gives each its own button on the grid.
Self-order kiosk
Customers build their drink on a kiosk, working through each modifier group, and pay by debit or credit.
Name on the cup
Add a customer name to the order so staff can call it at the pickup counter.
Points for regulars
Reward points with earn, redeem and expiry rules that you set for your shop.
Every drink, made the way it was ordered
Set up modifier groups for each step: Sweetness (0, 25, 50, 75 and 100 percent), Ice (no ice, less, regular, extra), and Toppings (pearls, lychee jelly, grass jelly, popping boba, pudding, cheese foam). Sweetness and ice are free; toppings carry their own price. Attach the groups to your milk teas, fruit teas and slushes, and the modifier sheet opens after each drink is added.
The kitchen ticket or receipt prints every choice under the drink, so the person at the shaker reads 50 percent, less ice, pearls without asking. Notes can be added to a line for anything unusual. In QSR Mode, staff who know the regular order can switch Modifier Popup off and add modifiers only when the customer asks for a change.
A grid for a long drink menu
Bubble tea menus run long. QSR Mode on a tablet or PC lets you set a category panel down the side for Milk Tea, Fruit Tea, Slush and Specials, then a product grid with as many columns as you need. Variations expand into their own buttons, so Taro Milk Tea - M and Taro Milk Tea - L each take one tap. Colour buttons by category and show product images if you like.
Drag your best sellers to the top of each category with Enable drag, and set double-height buttons for seasonal specials. ALL CAPS names, font size and food-type dots are switches in QSR Settings. Long-press a money button to make the pay buttons larger for busy hands, and the grid layout saves to the server for every till you add.
Let customers build their own
Kiosk Mode, included with Standard and Pro, turns a tablet or touchscreen PC into a self-order station. Customers see your categories, tap a drink, choose a variation, and work through the modifier groups, which the kiosk labels Required or Free so customers can see what each step expects. They review the order, edit lines if needed and pay by debit or credit on the connected terminal.
Kiosk orders go to your kitchen tickets or KDS screen like any counter order, and the receipt prints at the kiosk. An idle prompt resets the screen if someone walks away mid-order, and only an Admin or Manager login exits Kiosk Mode. Customers who want to pay cash order at the counter as usual.
Regulars, pickup and the numbers
Type the customer's name in the cart header so it prints on the ticket for calling at pickup, or look up a regular by phone to earn reward points. Points are redeemed at payment, with a minimum order and expiry period you choose. A customer display facing the counter shows each drink and topping as it is rung in, which catches mistakes before the drink is made.
The Daily Sales Report lists item and modifier sales, so you can see how many cups went out with pearls versus jelly and which sweetness levels are most common. On the Pro plan, recipes record the tea, milk, syrup and toppings in each drink, and SeroPOS works out the cost per cup from your purchase prices.
Frequently asked questions
Can I set sugar and ice levels as options?
Yes. Create a Sweetness modifier group and an Ice modifier group with free options, and attach them to your drinks. On the kiosk each group is labelled Required or Free as customers work through it. Every choice prints on the ticket under the drink.
How do I charge extra for boba toppings?
Put toppings in their own modifier group and give each option a price. When staff or a kiosk customer adds pearls or jelly, the price is added to the drink's line and printed on the receipt. The Daily Sales Report shows topping sales separately.
Does SeroPOS have a self-order kiosk for boba shops?
Yes. Kiosk Mode is included with both plans and runs full screen on a tablet or touchscreen PC. Customers choose drinks, sizes, sweetness, ice and toppings, then pay by debit or credit. It is not available on phones and does not take cash.
Can I print the customer's name on the order?
Yes. Tap the customer area in the cart header and enter a name, or select a saved customer. The name prints with the order so staff can call it at pickup. Saved customers also earn reward points if you use them.
What hardware do I need for a bubble tea shop?
A tablet or Windows PC for the quick-service grid, a receipt printer on the network, Bluetooth or USB, and a supported card terminal. A second tablet can be a kiosk or a customer display. SeroPOS works on iPad, Android, Windows and Mac.
