Stock transfers and adjustments

Keep stock right across locations by moving items between stores with stock transfers. Stock adjustments record damaged, lost or expired items so the quantities and stock value stay accurate.

Transfer stock between locationsA stock transfer moves products from one of your locations to another. Go to Stock Transfers > Add Stock Transfer (/stock-transfers/create), set the Date, Status, Location (From) and Location (To), search the products and quantities, add any shipping charges and click Save. Stock leaves the sending location and arrives at the receiving one when the transfer is Completed. List Stock Transfers shows every transfer with its status.Adjust stock for damage or lossA stock adjustment takes damaged, lost or expired stock out of your count. Go to Stock Adjustment > Add Stock Adjustment (/stock-adjustments/create), choose the Business Location, Date and Adjustment type (Normal or Abnormal), add the products and quantities, enter any Total amount recovered and a Reason, then click Save. The stock goes down and the value shows on the Stock Adjustment Report and in Profit / Loss.
