SeroPOS app help: customers

Customers are added and edited from the Home screen search, with contact details, a customer group and an address for delivery. A simple reward points programme, set up in Admin, lets customers earn points on orders and redeem them at payment.

Add a customer in the SeroPOS appAdd a customer from the Home screen while you start a sale. Type a name or number in Search or Add Customer; if they aren't found, tap the add-customer button to open ADD CUSTOMER. Only the Contact Number is required, and you can also save their name, mobile, email, date of birth, customer group and home address. Tap DONE and the app saves the customer and attaches them to the order. The cart must be empty when you pick a customer.Edit a customer in the SeroPOS appTo update a customer, search for them in Search or Add Customer on the Home screen and select them. The same customer button then opens EDIT CUSTOMER, where you can change the name, Contact Number, Mobile Number, email, customer group, country, state, city and Home Address. Tap DONE to save. This is how you add the address a Delivery order needs; if the customer has none, the app says Please add customer address first and opens the edit screen.Set up reward points in the SeroPOS appReward Points lets customers earn points as they spend and redeem them for a discount on a later order. Open Admin › Settings › Reward Points, turn on Enable Reward Points, name the points, set how much a customer spends to earn one point and what a point is worth when redeemed, add any minimums and maximums, and set when points expire. Tap Save Reward Settings. Points are added automatically when a sale with a customer is completed.
