Every recent sale, searchable from the till
A customer wants a copy of yesterday's receipt, a sale needs a correction, or a card payment needs reversing. Recent Transactions puts every recent sale and its actions on the till.

Every recent sale in one place
Most questions about a past sale come up at the counter, with the customer standing there. Recent Transactions answers them without sending anyone to the back office. Open the side drawer and choose Recent Transaction to see recent sales with their invoice number, customer, status and total, in a grid of cards or a compact list.
Above the list, Total Orders and Total Sales update as you filter, which is handy for a quick check of the morning's takings or how many orders a promotion brought in. Print this list sends the filtered list to the receipt printer as a Sales Transactions printout. The screen reads from the server, so it needs an internet connection.
Finding a sale
Type an invoice number or a customer name into the search to jump to the sale. Status filters show only Paid, Due, Partial or Refunded sales, so staff can list every sale with a balance owing, or check that a refund went through. Payment-mode chips narrow it to cash, card or any other method.
A date range covers sales beyond today. Combine filters to answer specific questions quickly, such as all card sales for one customer this week or every partial payment this month. Open a sale to view it in Invoice Details before taking any action, so staff can confirm with the customer that it is the right one.

What you can do with a sale
Print Invoice reprints the receipt on the till's printer, and Share Invoice sends a link to the invoice using the device's share options. Edit Sale reopens the sale in the cart so a missing item, wrong customer or forgotten discount can be fixed and saved again. This is often cleaner than voiding the sale and ringing it up from scratch.
Void Sale and Refund Sale cancel or return a payment. The till asks which payment to void or refund on sales paid more than one way, and card voids and refunds run on the integrated terminal. Edit and refund are controlled by their own role permissions, so a manager can approve them for staff who do not have them.
Sales that did not upload
SeroPOS saves sales on the till first and uploads them in the background, so the counter keeps working when the internet drops. If a sale has not reached the server yet, Recent Transactions shows Resend to server for it. Tap it once the connection is back and the sale is sent again.
Uploads normally retry on their own every 20 seconds and back off when the server cannot be reached, so Resend is rarely needed. It is there for peace of mind at closing time, so staff can confirm every sale has reached the back office before the daily report is printed.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find a past sale in SeroPOS?
Open the side drawer and choose Recent Transaction. Search by invoice number or customer name, or filter by status, payment mode and date range. Open the sale to see its details, then reprint, share, edit, void or refund it from the same screen.
Can I reprint a receipt from an earlier day?
Yes. In Recent Transactions, set the date range to include the day, find the sale and tap Print Invoice. In QSR Mode you can also page back through previous invoices with the arrow on the cart for very recent sales.
Why does Recent Transactions need the internet?
The screen reads sales from the server, so it can show sales from every till and every day in the range. While offline, sales keep saving on the till and upload when the connection returns. Recent Transactions works again as soon as the till is back online.
Can I edit a sale after it is completed?
Yes, with the edit sale permission. Open the sale in Recent Transactions and choose Edit Sale to reopen it in the cart. Make the change and save. Staff without the permission can ask a manager to approve the edit with an Admin or Manager password.
What does Resend to server do?
It sends a sale that has not reached the server yet. SeroPOS saves every sale on the till first and uploads it in the background, retrying automatically. Resend lets staff push a waiting sale through once the connection is back, for example before closing.
