One POS on every device you own
SeroPOS runs on the devices you already have: iPhone and iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs, Mac, and the Global Payments T650P handheld. The layout adjusts to each screen, from a full counter display down to a handheld at the table.

T650P handheld
A compact layout made for the Global Payments T650P, with SeroPOS running on the terminal itself.
Layouts by screen size
Phone screens below 650dp wide, tablet and desktop screens above, with a compact mode for small handhelds.
One app, many screens
SeroPOS is the same app on every platform, signed in to the same account. A café can run a Windows PC at the counter, an iPad for the second till and an Android phone for taking orders on the patio. Every device works from the same products, customers and reports.
Screens are sized to the device. Below 650dp wide, the app uses its phone screens with a bottom navigation bar and a draggable speed dial. At 650dp and wider, it uses the tablet and desktop screens, with the cart beside the product grid. Small handhelds such as the T650P get a compact layout with a tighter toolbar, cart and payment sheet.
What each platform is good at
Hardware support differs a little by platform, because each operating system handles printers and scales differently. Choose the platform that fits the hardware you want to use. Staff who move between devices see familiar screens on each one. The right layout is picked for you based on the screen, so there is nothing to configure.
Windows is the most flexible desktop: Windows-spooler printers, the server till for server and client mode, and the back office opening inside the app. Android connects USB printers and scales directly and runs on Global Payments terminals. iPad and iPhone are quick to set up with Bluetooth and network printers and camera scanning. Mac supports network and USB printers and USB or serial scales.
- Windows: spooler printers, server till, serial and USB scales
- Android: USB printers, USB scales, Terminal Plus
- iPhone and iPad: Bluetooth and network printers, camera scanning
- Mac: network and USB printers, USB and serial scales
Handhelds and terminals
For table-side ordering and payment, SeroPOS runs on the Global Payments T650P handheld. With Terminal Plus, SeroPOS is installed on the terminal itself, so the same device takes the order and the card. A compact layout keeps buttons usable on its smaller screen. Check the hardware pages before buying printers or scales.
Phones work well as handhelds too. Staff can take orders at the table, send them to the kitchen and come back to the counter to take payment, or take card payment on a connected terminal. Mixing platforms is fine, as long as each device suits the hardware attached to it.
